What are the cost associated with my medications?
The only cost that would be associated with your medications would be the co pay amount if your insurance does not pay the total amount for the medications.

Do you have a flexible co pay schedule and a prescription savings club?
Yes, we design for our patients a co payment schedule that best fits their monthly budget.

Can I receive monthly invoices?
Yes, patients can personally track their co payment amounts with the pharmacy. We also provide end of the year statements for all of the medications that the patient has received.

Is there any cost to transfer my prescriptions to you from my current pharmacy to WCRx Pharmacy?
No, there is no charge. We only need some basic information and the name of the pharmacy that you are transferring from. SEE SIGN UP PAGE

How often do you deliver the medications?
Deliveries are once per month for the entire month unless you receive a new prescription.

Suppose it is an emergency and I need the medication sooner than the normally scheduled delivery days when will I receive the medications?
You will receive the medication(s) within 24 hours.

What are the hours of operation for the pharmacy?
The hours of operation for the pharmacy are:
Monday – Friday (5:30 am – 7:30 am)
Tuesday – Thursday (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Tuesday – Wednesday (6:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Do you offer customized packaging?
Yes, Each of our patients has the choice to receive specialized bubble packaging instead of pill bottles.
